The ROBOT COUPE CL55 is a continuous-feed vegetable preparation machine designed to eliminate the single biggest labour cost in a commercial kitchen: manual vegetable preparation.

The product feeds continuously while cut vegetables discharge without stopping the machine. A 2.5 hp motor with multiple feed head options handles genuinely high-volume production, including full heads of lettuce and cabbage.
