The Slide-and-Go dishwasher that defines the modern restaurant kitchen.
The G-TEK D1M (TC-RB) is the door-type dishwasher at the heart of G-Tek’s restaurant and cafe warewashing range, a PUB WELS-certified machine built around the Slide-and-Go workflow: rack in, door down, sixty seconds, rack out. An automatic door sensor intelligently manages cycle start and end, so the machine works with the natural flow of the dishwashing station rather than requiring a separate operator step. The 0.95 kW wash motor keeps rinse water consumption under 2 liters per cycle, helping control utility costs across a full service day.
Available in both single-phase (220–240V, 3,500 W) and three-phase (380–415V, up to 14,000 W) configurations, the D1M adapts to the kitchen’s existing electrical supply. At 69.7 x 69 x 158.5 cm and 128 kg, it installs between pre-rinse and drying tables in the standard dishwash line configuration. For Malaysian restaurants, cafe chains, hawker centers, and hotel kitchens running 100 to 300 covers per service, the D1M is the machine that keeps the dishwashing station ahead of the pass.
- PUB WELS Water Efficiency Certified
- Tested and certified against Singapore's mandatory water-efficiency standard, a benchmark that sets the G-Tek D1M apart in the dishwasher category.
- Auto Door Sensor
- Intelligent cycle management that integrates with the natural Slide-and-Go workflow without requiring a separate operator trigger.
- 60-Second Wash Cycle
- A full rack in and out in sixty seconds — the throughput that keeps the dishwashing station ahead of the kitchen pass at peak service.
- Single or Three-Phase Installation
- 220–240V (3,500 W) or 380–415V (up to 14,000 W) adapts to existing kitchen electrical without infrastructure changes.
- <2 Liters Per Cycle Rinse Consumption
- Water efficiency that compounds into meaningful utility savings over a full year of daily restaurant service.
- 50 x 50 cm Standard Rack Format
- Handles the full range of plates, glasses, cutlery, and trays using standard GN-compatible rack configurations.
Restaurants, cafes, hawker centers, and hotel kitchens serving 100 to 300 covers per service use the standard dishwash line, with pre-rinse and drying tables. The machine is sized for the mid-to-high-volume restaurant dishwash station.
PUB WELS certification is the water-efficiency standard that matters, and the auto door sensor means one less step and one less operator for every rack that goes through. Both save money on every service.
