The G-TEK GT-CR2 is a double-tank conveyor dishwasher that adds a dedicated pre-wash zone before the final wash tank, so heavily soiled items are processed in two stages without slowing the line’s throughput. Dual 1.5 kW ABB industrial motors, one per tank, run independently for maximum cleaning power across both zones while keeping rinse water below 1 liter per rack. The result is a higher standard of cleanliness on food-heavy loads than a single-tank conveyor achieves, without any reduction in speed.

At 165.2 x 69.5 x 191.3 cm and 402 kg on a 380–415V three-phase supply, the GT-CR2 is the specification for high-volume operations where load contamination is heavy and hygiene audit standards are non-negotiable.
