The PASMO S121 is a high-capacity countertop soft-serve machine that produces 50 litres per hour across two independent hoppers, serving two flavours plus a twist from a single unit.
Twin 9.5-litre hoppers and twin 2.0-litre cylinders operate as separate systems, so one flavour continues serving while the other recovers. The twist spout adds a third menu item at no extra mix cost, the cheapest way to widen a dessert menu. A heating function melts frozen product in the cylinder and speeds up cleaning, while standby and pre-cooling safely hold the mix overnight in both the hopper and the cylinder.
Built with ASPERA compressors and DANFOSS expansion valves, and running on standard power, the S121 suits Malaysian dessert cafes, franchise outlets, and mall kiosks where menu variety and throughput both matter.
- 50 Litres Per Hour Output
- High throughput that keeps pace with peak weekend dessert demand.
- Two Flavours Plus Twist
- Three menu items from one machine, with no additional mix cost for the twist.
- Dual Independent Systems
- One flavour keeps serving while the other recovers.
- Heat Function
- Melts the frozen cylinder product and speeds up the cleaning cycle.
- Imported Core Components
- ASPERA compressors and DANFOSS expansion valves for long service life.
- Direct Drive Transmission
- Lower noise and fewer wear parts than belt-driven designs.
Built for dessert cafes, franchise outlets, and mall kiosks selling soft serve, frozen yoghurt, and gelato. Two flavours plus twist support promotional and seasonal flavour rotation.
Three menu items from one footprint is the cheapest way to expand the frozen dessert menu. Dual independent systems mean a flavour outage never stops the whole counter.
