Resources Spec Sheet

The ROBOT COUPE ROBOT COOK is a professional cooking cutter blender that heats and processes in the same bowl, reaching up to 140°C while blending at variable speeds up to 3,500 rpm.

Cooking and blending in one vessel eliminates transfers that waste time and product, and lets chefs build sauces, coulis, ganache, creams, confit, and custards from raw ingredients to the finished texture without switching equipment. Programmable time, speed, and temperature settings allow a preparation to be set running and left.

An integrated scraper keeps product circulating so nothing catches on the heated base. For Malaysian pastry kitchens, fine dining restaurants, and hotel production kitchens, the Robot Cook consolidates an entire workflow into a single machine.
