The ROBOT COUPE Blixer 20 is a Blixer, a cutter and blender combined in one machine, processing solid ingredients into completely smooth, homogeneous textures that a standard cutter cannot achieve.
A 20-litre stainless-steel bowl provides institutional-scale capacity for smooth food production. Fine-serrated stainless-steel blades work with a built-in bowl scraper arm and lid wiper to keep product circulating, producing consistent smoothness even in small quantities. The leakproof, see-through lid allows liquids to be added through the central opening while processing continues.
Widely used in Malaysian hospitals, aged care facilities, and central kitchens for texture-modified and dysphagia diets, the Blixer 20 is equally at home producing mousses, veloutes, fillings, purees, and emulsified sauces in restaurant and hotel kitchens.

Widely used in hospitals, aged care, and central kitchens producing texture-modified and dysphagia meals. Equally suited to restaurant and hotel kitchens for making mousses, purees, fillings, and emulsified sauces.
A Blixer achieves a genuinely smooth texture that cutters and blenders alone cannot match. Robot Coupe invented the category and remains the reference standard.
