The PASMO S930T is a single-flavour countertop soft-serve machine that combines a gear-type air pump with built-in pasteurisation, a feature that directly affects the daily labour cost of a soft-serve programme.
Pasteurisation automatically heats and sanitises the mix overnight, killing bacteria and extending the mix’s shelf life, so the machine does not need stripping and washing every day. The gear-type air pump delivers overrun between 35 and 80 per cent, compared with 15 to 40 per cent on gravity models, producing a lighter, creamier texture and more servings from the same volume of mix. Intelligent inverter technology, micro-heating automatic defrost, and infrared sensing round out a genuinely modern specification.
For Malaysian ice-cream parlours, dessert cafés, and quick-service outlets, higher overrun means more servings per mix carton, and overnight pasteurisation means staff can spend closing time on other work.
- Built-In Pasteurisation
- Heats and sanitises the mix overnight, so daily strip-down cleaning is not required.
- Gear-Type Air Pump
- Raises overrun to 35-80 percent for a lighter texture and more servings per carton.
- Intelligent Inverter Technology
- Matches cooling output to demand to reduce running costs.
- Micro-Heating Automatic Defrost
- Clears the cylinder automatically, without manual intervention.
- Fast 6 to 8 Minute Recovery
- First cylinder is ready quickly from a cold start.
- Digital Soft-Touch Controls
- Adjustable hardness setting for consistent texture throughout shifts.
Made for ice cream parlours, dessert cafes, and quick-service outlets that run soft serve as a core line. Also well suited to acai bowls and frozen yoghurt, where texture and overrun are commercially important.
Pasteurisation removes the nightly cleaning burden that makes soft serve expensive to run. Higher overrun yields more servings from each carton of mix, directly improving the margin.
