The G-TEK GT-FTC MF is a mini-flight-type dishwasher, a continuously running peg-belt warewashing system that processes racks, plates, trays, and GN containers without stopping, in a format more compact than a full-length industrial flight machine. A 2 HP ABB industrial motor drives the peg belt at production speed, with rinse water consumption of 1.0–1.5 liters per rack and an auto door sensor that manages the system intelligently. At 335 x 82.8 x 164.3 cm and 40,000 W on a 415V three-phase supply, this is industrial-grade throughput machinery.
For Malaysian large hotels, hospital mass catering, airline catering kitchens, institutional canteens, and central kitchens where rack volume exceeds what a conveyor dishwasher can handle but a full-flight-type installation is not feasible, the GT-FTC MF is the specification that delivers flight-type continuous throughput in a reduced footprint. It is available with G-Tek’s Automated Sertu (Samak) Cleansing module for operations where Halal warewashing compliance is an audit requirement.
