The G-TEK GT-CR1 (BUV) is a single-tank conveyor dishwasher engineered for continuous, high-volume warewashing in commercial kitchens that cannot afford any stoppage in throughput. Racks feed continuously along the conveyor belt and emerge clean at the other end, with no batch cycling, no waiting, and no labor standing at the machine. A 1.5 kW ABB industrial motor powers the wash system with the reliability that continuous-duty commercial warewashing demands, while rinse water consumption is kept below 1 liter per rack for measurable utility savings across a full service day.

An auto door sensor manages operation safely and intelligently, and the 50 x 50 cm rack format accommodates standard gastronorm trays, plates, glasses, and cutlery carriers. At 115 x 69.5 x 164 cm, the GT-CR1 installs in a conventional dishwash station at 247 kg on a 380–415V three-phase supply. For Malaysian hotels, hospital cafeterias, school canteens, and institutional foodservice operations running continuous meal service, the GT-CR1 eliminates the dishwashing bottleneck that slows kitchen throughput during peak hours. Available with G-Tek’s Automated Sertu (Samak) Cleansing module for full Halal compliance.
