The WISE WHS-790-2 2-Layer Pass-Through Countertop Holding Cabinet is a compact, heated holding unit designed for fast-food chains, convenience stores and quick-service kitchens that need to keep cooked food hot and organised at the counter. Front-and-back pass-through access allows kitchen and service staff to load and collect food from either side.

Each layer is independently controlled, with its own power switch and front- and back-mounted timers, so staff can set warming times for different foods and switch off unused layers to save energy. A WTC heat patch and an aluminium heating plate distribute heat evenly, reducing power consumption by up to 30%.

An LED digital display clearly shows settings, and an alarm signals when the warming time is complete. The durable stainless-steel body is easy to clean, and its high heat tolerance helps ensure food safety during continuous service.

  • Pass-Through Front & Back Access – load and serve from either side
  • Independent Layer Control – separate power and timers per layer to save energy
  • Even Aluminium Plate Heating – WTC heat patch cuts power use by up to 30%
  • LED Digital Display & Alarm – clear settings and warming-time alerts
  • 2-Layer Countertop Format – organised hot-holding at the counter
  • Durable Stainless-Steel Body – easy to clean and built for continuous service

Ideal for fast-food chains, convenience stores, breakfast counters and quick-service restaurants, hot-holding cooked items at the point of service with two-sided access.

The WHS-790-2 delivers two-sided pass-through access and energy-saving per-layer control in a compact countertop, keeping cooked food hot, organised and efficiently managed at the service line.
