The KOLB ATOLL 900 Convection Oven is an electric convection oven that delivers even, professional-grade baking for all types of frozen and fresh dough, particularly puff pastry such as croissants, Danish, egg tarts and puffs. Its bidirectional hot-air circulation delivers results comparable to those of larger professional ovens.
A core component of the Kolb in-store bakery concept, the KOLB ATOLL 900 Convection Oven bakes five 600x400mm trays per cycle and is controlled via a 7″ touchscreen system supporting up to 240 step-baking programmes, ideal for consistent frozen-dough production.
Practical features include a double-glazed door for easy viewing and cleaning, an electromagnetic door lock that opens automatically when a programme finishes, and USB programme transfer. An optional underframe proofer or trolley adds flexibility for in-store bakeries, coffee shops, hotels and restaurants.

In-store bakeries, coffee shops, hotels and restaurants that bake croissants, Danish, puffs, egg tarts and other fresh or frozen dough at higher volumes than the Atoll 600.
It delivers professional-grade, even baking and a 240-programme touchscreen control within a five-tray footprint, giving in-store bakeries the results of a larger oven in a compact front-of-house design.
